Indoor strength training and outdoor lacrosse training available in this summer. Please refer to the offerings listed below to find the sessions that match your skills and schedule. Training sessions capped at 20 players - we focus on each player's development needs.

Programs available for Boys Middle School - High School depending on the session. Private and small group training available for boys and girls.

Inside Roll Lacrosse was founded by Adam Pascal. His mission is to grow the game of lacrosse throughout the country with fast paced training in small group settings. Adam is committed to training lacrosse players to have excellent ball skills and game IQ while maintaining a love of the game.
